I won’t say it (to avoid any type of jinx) again… but make sure you are following us we are on a heater as its getting colder out! Today we have a fun filled day in the league as we have a triple header starting at 12:30 as the B’s take on the Kings, then following that the Stars will host McDavid and the Oilers, then we close out the night with the Devils and the Flyers at MetLife for the Stadium Series. The fun won’t stop there as we have one more game on Sunday as the Rangers and Islanders will close out the Stadium Series. Let’s check out the slate!

LAK @ BOS
Boston is proving once again why they are still the league’s best team. Even with 32 wins they sit at second in the Atlantic. The Kings are once again a fringe playoff team sitting at forth in the Pacific and 25 wins. There is not much value in either the ML or Puck Line as the numbers are right where they should be and both starts are expected to be starting. With that being said I expect a low scoring affair between both teams somewhere in the area of 3-2 hitting the under.
The Play: UNDER 5.5 -110
EDM @ DAL
In the second game of our triple header we get to witness the league’s best due in McDavis and Draisaitl. White Edmonton has already announced their back up will be starting, that doesn’t really concern me as Edmonton’s offense is so proficient they can win games by simply outsourcing you. Applying the same logic we did last week with the Blues (Win over the Buffalo) if this game is played in Edmonton they would be a bigger favorite. There are two ways you can play this game. Can keep it simple and safe and take the Oilers ML or you can take the reverse puck like if you want some good value at EDM -1.5 at +200 or better. I will be playing it safe with Edmonton but you can’t go wrong with either.
The Play: EDM ML -105
PHI @ NJD (Stadium Series at MetLife)
To close out the night we have the Flyers taking on the Devils in what is the truest home game of the Stadium Series as the Devils come back home to play a game in East Rutherford. If is somewhat as a home coming for them as they used to play across the street in their glory days at “Meadowlands Arena” aka Brendan Byrne Arena, aka Continental Airlines Arena, aka Izon Center, but enough about nostalgia the Flyers did a complete 180 with Torts behind the bench, a big blow did come to them as Carter Hart was charged in the Canadian National Team situation. That will likely be their downfall and make them miss the playoffs ultimately, but we are living in the now and it looks like Daws will be in net for the Devils, as they continue to find a steady netminder and take the next step. If this game was indoors the Over would 100% be the play, but typically when games are played outdoors the under hits more times than not. I’m ok laying the juice here in a rare situation where it is at 6.5, -125. The worst case in this game both teams have the better stadium series jerseys while Sundays ones are well… an eye sore.
