With another day in the books, more headlines emerge.  Chris Sale had another great outing, however, the lack of run support by Boston lead Sale to pick up his first loss on the season. Will Myers had a terrific night at the plate.  He legged out a triple in the 8th inning to become the second Padre ever to hit for the cycle.  Myers had the biggest smile on his face as he rounded second, trying to stretch the ball that hit in the left center gap.  Jay Bruce hit two dingers to help the Mets prevail over the Phillies.  While Thor – who is known to be afraid of mascots – stole the Phillie Phanatic’s ATV and drove around Citizen Bank Park.  Overall, it was a good day in baseball as the weather was warm and it’s beginning to feel like spring again.  Let’s go ahead and see what tonight has in store for us.

Low Scoring Plays

New York Mets @ Philadelphia Phillies – Matt Harvey pitches for the Mets and he has done well against the Phillies.  The Phillies have hit .280 against Harvey through out his career.  He has fanned 12 batters while only allowing 1 home run.  Harvey should be able to control this game with ease.  Buchholz hasn’t face a lot of Mets on their current lineup, however, against the ones he has – Cespedes included – have hit .237 against Buchholz. I’m leaning away from Buchholz in this one and heavily on Harvey.

Targets: Harvey, Reyes
