Now that the first month of the season is over, it is time to start casting your votes for the All-Star team.  I always thought the MLB allows the voting to start way too early, but it’s their way to drum up attention for the game.  Also, the fact that this game determines who gets home field advantage in the World Series is just dumb.  This year’s All-Star game should be the entire league vs the Washington Nationals.

The All-Star game is still a while away and we have a full slate of games so let’s get to it!

Low-Scoring Plays

Baltimore Orioles @ Boston Red Sox – Chris Sale pitches for the Red Sox who has been a freak this year. He leads the league in strikeouts so far this season, 52 of them in 5 starts.  The Red Sox offense continues to be stagnant, and can’t produce anything.  Sale will get late into this game and hold the Orioles down, but the bullpen and lack of run support could make Sale lose another game he deserves to win.

Targets: Sale, Betts
