Last week, we relied heavily on the overreaction from Week 1 as we targeted teams that were in position to rebound. This time, we have a disconnect between what we have seen over the course of two weeks and what a team’s upcoming matchup has to offer.

A Note from Mario: Last week is a good example as to why my over-under picks are generally close, but not outstanding. As a general net cast over the three games I listed, the read was either close or correct, but the outcome wasn’t. As always, I’ll list my personal favorite picks, but please do your research, and play responsibly.

Last week they struggled to get anything going, but with a matchup against a short-handed secondary provides an excellent opportunity for Deshaun Watson to unleash some downfield passes. He and his top receivers, DeAndre Hopkins and Will Fuller, make for elite stacking options this week. The Chargers’ offense has struggled to come up with a lot of points this year, but with the way their offense funnels through a select few players, there are very viable game stacks in this afternoon showdown.
