Based on our expected Week 16 DFS game flow analysis and Week 16 DFS Overview published earlier, we can carry our thoughts into actual lineup positions. The long list of players that fit the requirements set forth by the projected flow of the game was cut dramatically by the requirements set forth by salaries.
Below are Sporfolio’s DFS Week 16 Plays:
Quarterback
Tua Tagovailoa – We will mention it in every single article this week, but we are looking for offense from the MIami Dolphins on Sunday. It has nothing to do with the matchup, though. Our expectations are driven by a potential rebound from the worst yardage total and second-worst scoring output since the team’s Week 6 bye. On top of that, Miami turned the ball over four times last week. It had four total giveaways in the prior five weeks combined. This potential surge would be unlikely without the Tua Tagovailoa, and he leads our list for this weekend’s quarterback target list.
Jayden Daniels – Jayden Daniels has not only become one of our ‘go-to’ options on a weekly basis, but he is also one of the most desirable fantasy contributors of the season. As we draw closer to the end of the year, there’s no way we are going to turn away from Daniels as he has led the Washington Commanders to the fifth-best offense in the league in yards gained. The key for Sunday, however, is that he is facing the team that previously held Washington to a season-low in points scored on its second-fewest yardage total of the year. We are expecting a different outcome in the rematch, and it starts with the Daniels.
