The further into a season we go, the more injuries start to accumulate. As a result, we start to see more-and-more players increasing their roles. Often times, the pricing has not caught up with these shift in gameplan, and we can find incredible value.

Based on our expected Week 14 DFS game flow analysis performed earlier, we can carry our thoughts into actual lineup positions. The long list of players that fit the requirements set forth by the projected flow of the game was cut dramatically by the requirements set forth by salaries.

Below are Sporfolio’s DFS Week 14 Plays:

Quarterback

Aaron Rodgers – It’s never difficult to write about the reasons why we should Aaron Rodgers in our fantasy lineups, but it becomes necessary whenever there is a storyline at-play. As it has been stated countless times in the past week, the Green Bay Packers fired their head coach after last week’s home loss to the Falcons. One of the main rumors out of Green Bay was that Rodgers and the coach did not see eye-to-eye, and that is where we get our biggest upside for Sunday. This is Aaron Rodgers’ team and the interim head coach would be wise to let this be known on Sunday. Expect Rodgers to take to the air constantly. If you don’t believe the storyline is enough to force Rodgers into a good position, then the matchup should be all you need. Atlanta ranks 28th in points allowed and 26th in both total yards and net-yards-per-pass-attempt.

Ben Roethlisberger – Ben Roethlisberger is another no-doubt option at quarterback this week as he finds himself in essentially an ideal situation to perform well. Coming off two consecutive loses – which have complicated their playoff situation – it is fair to assume that the Steelers will be bringing their A-game with them to Oakland. There is never much reason to doubt Big Ben in that circumstances, but given that he is facing a Raiders defense that allows more fantasy points to quarterbacks than any other team, and that the Steelers are without James Conner, Roethlisberger should be in for a ton of work and a ton of production. No matter how this game plays out, expect Ben to be throwing throughout.
