The final week of teams with byes also means the final week with a relatively small slate of games. Week 11 continues with the trend that has consumed November: defensive-riddled matchups with a few bright spots and top offensive teams playing standalone games.

Based on our expected Week 11 DFS game flow analysis performed earlier, we can carry our thoughts into actual lineup positions. The long list of players that fit the requirements set forth by the projected flow of the game was cut dramatically by the requirements set forth by salaries.

Below are Sporfolio’s DFS Week 11 Plays:

Quarterback

Derek Carr – Some people may be quick to question this play because of the inconsistencies of the Raiders and the “improvements” that the Patriots defense has made, but it would be foolish to not give Carr a good look this week. Carr has thrown for over 300 yards in each of his last three games, and in those games, he has thrown a combined 131 passes. The Raiders are just about in desperation mode at this point of the season, and they will likely need to lean on their passing game if they want any hope of climbing back into the playoff picture. This Patriots defense has had some solid showings recently, but they are still a flawed group, ad Carr easily has the ability to expose them. Carr gets the added bonus that the Patriots offense should roll all over his defense, which means he will have to do a lot of work just to try to keep pace.
