We have found ourselves drifting toward the ‘stars-and-scrubs’ approach to building our lineups plenty of times this year. That isn’t the case for Wild Card Weekend, even though we have a few higher salaries on our radar. Overall, this appears to be one of the more balanced builds in recent weeks.
Based on our expected Wild Card Round DFS game flow analysis published earlier, we can carry our thoughts into actual lineup positions. The long list of players that fit the requirements set forth by the projected flow of the game was cut dramatically by the requirements set forth by salaries.

Quarterback
Dak Prescott – Admittedly, it’s a little more nerve-wracking using Dak Prescott in a lineup now than during the regular season. That’s because we spent so much time before the year questioning how Prescott would perform following a turnover-filled 2022 campaign. The results were excellent, but we now need to ask if he can do it again in the playoffs. The Green Bay Packers aren’t necessarily easy to beat through the air, but they also had the second-fewest interceptions. If Prescott can protect the football — and the matchup says that he can — he will be in a position to deliver a big game on Sunday afternoon.
