After a week of comparatively close games and ‘upsets,’ Sunday appears to be full of lopsided matchups. For fantasy purposes, this shortens the list of potential targets, as the nature of these contests are such that the game flow about which we already wrote point to a select few players performing.

With the relatively smaller set of players to consider – especially compared to last week, which was one of our biggest, but most successful, lists – it was assumed the prices of the higher-end players would be astronomical. Generally speaking, this is not the case. Instead, the gap is somewhat small between the top few tiers of players and their respective salaries, making roster construction a bit easier than in prior weeks.

Based on our expected Week 11 DFS game flow analysis performed earlier, we can carry our thoughts into actual lineup positions. The long list of players that fit the requirements set forth by the projected flow of the game was cut dramatically by the requirements set forth by salaries.

Below are Sporfolio’s DFS Week 11 Plays:

Quarterback

Tom Brady – Whether you buy into statistics or storylines when targeting players for fantasy purposes, Tom Brady has both on Sunday. The superstar quarterback is having an MVP-caliber season and goes against the worst defense in the league in San Francisco. The location of the game is critical to anyone who values backstories, as Brady grew up a 49ers fan, but has not yet played a professional game in front of his childhood hometown audience. Sunday marks the first time, and he enters the game after throwing no interceptions in a nationally-televised loss in Week 10. Absolutely everything points to a huge day for Brady.

Aaron Rodgers – Things appear to be spiraling out of control in Green Bay, but this has all the makings of a classic case of people overreacting. One that that continues to get lost in the shuffle is that Aaron Rodgers and the Packers have scored at least 25 points in four consecutive games. Indeed, they have lost three games in a row, but there is no reason to completely abandon ship, just yet. The offense is still packed with talent, and it starts at the quarterback position. The entire Packers’ offense should be able to exploit a weak Redskins defense, where Rodgers leads a high-scoring outburst on Primetime for the entire nation to witness.
